An island sink with great counter space and a dishwasher can inspire a chef to create a masterpiece. A laundry room with a good, heavy-duty washer and dryer is almost essential and is a huge benefit for the renter.
Sometimes it pays to consider a renovation of the home before seeking the next renter. People want to feel like they are the first occupants of a new house. A new carpet; professionally refinished flooring; a fresh coat of paint; and updated landscaping are some quick ways to give new life to a home.
