Home Warranties – Woe is Me – The Saga Continues!

Today on the 8th of May we heard from a Home Warranty technician assigned for an A/C unit not working that their soonest appointment to arrive for service is the 20th of May. We asked that the Home Warranty Company re-assign the work order to another vendor. The Home Warranty Company responded that they have a 3-day queue for re-assigning so we would hear back from them in 3 days as to who they can re-assign and can find out then when that new vendor’s availability would be. Did I mention we are in Arizona? YIKES!!!
