Susan Austin-Fleck
Owner/Broker
Susan earned her Real Estate license in 2005 when she and Terry formed Austin Fleck Property Management. She then went on to obtain her Broker license in 2008 and is now the Designated Broker of Austin Fleck Property Management. Susan saw a need in the industry for someone to specialize in Property Management who would do it and do it well. She set out with a passion and a purpose to be that one. As a result, Susan became very knowledgeable in Arizona Landlord and Tenant Act law in addition to being extensively trained in Property Management. She is extremely detail oriented and has developed systems to successfully manage rental homes that her clients express is unparalleled by the competition. Susan has been a million dollar producer each year since starting her Real Estate career. She continues to procure new business for the company and coupled with a great staff, efficiently and professionally manage their growing client base to ensure clients are earning their full potential on their rental investment. Susan is very proud of Austin Fleck Property Management’s A+ Better Business Bureau rating and hard-earned 5 Star Reputation as one of the top Property Management firms in Arizona. Susan is a military veteran, has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, is a proud step-mom of two boys and feels blessed to have a husband and business partner that is the light of her life.
Terry Fleck
Owner/Realtor/Property Manager
With over 30 years in Real Estate, there is little Terry doesn’t know about excellent investment opportunities in the Greater Phoenix Metro market. Terry’s vast knowledge of the local Real Estate market coupled with a great understanding of rental values and home values allows him to match investors with investments that create the best possible rate of return. Whether it’s a 1031 exchange, bank or government owned homes, fixer uppers or ready to rent homes, Terry’s expert analysis on how to purchase rentals is invaluable. His strategies with his clients creates successful portfolios of cash flow and growing equity. Since 2005, when Terry and his wife Susan launched Austin Fleck Property Management, the business has grown from managing a few dozen homes to managing several hundred homes, including more than 20 that Terry & Susan personally own and manage through the company. Terry has been a million dollar producer in the business since the start of his Real Estate career. Terry is a military veteran and the proud father of two boys, and boasts he has the best wife and business partner in the world.
